Erick assisted us with the sale of an apartment for an estate. As estate representatives we were out of town, completely unaware of the NYC market and co-op intricacies and, unfortunately, saddled with a terrible attorney. Without Erick the deal would never have gone through. He connected us with renovation resources, walked us through the process and helped us manage both a very difficult co-op and an unhelpful attorney. That is to say nothing of his hard work marketing and showing the apartment. Erick ensured he was working hard at all times to protect our interests.

Erick Berg with Corcoran helped us buy our dream New York City apartment. Not only was Erick knowledgeable about the NYC real estate market, but he did research to ensure that we were getting the best deal we could. He was also conversant with the COVID protocols when we started looking. Most powerful or all, Erick was a brilliant strategist.
