Carol Graham, originally a Texan, by way of many years living and working in Santa Fe and Taos, New Mexico, happily calls herself a born-again New Yorker. For the last ten years, Brooklyn has been her home. Though a fan of Austin's laid-back, small-city living (having attended the University of Texas there) and the Land of Enchantment's nature, skiing and cultural appeal, no place has been as natural a fit for her as Brooklyn. Her enthusiasm for its history and diversity has led her to explore and appreciate neighborhoods from Williamsburg to Park Slope to Coney Island.
