Court joined The Corcoran Group to work specifically for the company with the strongest NYC brand identity and marketing presence. Court has a Master’s degree in advertising from UCLA. He began his graduate study with a Fellowship at Pratt Institute after receiving his BFA degree in Pennsylvania where he grew up. Prior to his real estate career, he worked in the advertising industry as an art/creative director in Los Angeles, London and New York. Court specialized in developing a branding identity for consumer product launches via national print and broadcast campaigns. With a reputation as an unconventional thinker, his conceptual ideas resulted in ad agencies pitching and winning new business accounts. He now uses this skill-set to market and sell real estate.

Court has been a buyer and seller of homes and condominiums in LA and NYC for over 20 years. He personally took charge of renovating his first home in LA by completely gutting the interior and starting over. He learned to handle the resulting challenges of designing a home renovation. Court subsequently became a landlord in both LA and NYC. He recently completed the challenge of gut-renovating two of his apartments at the same time. Court has lived on the upper East side and presently lives on the upper West where he serves on his condominium board of directors. Court is a member of the Real Estate Board of NY (REBNY).
