About Curtis
Curtis Rhine strives to make every real estate transaction as seamless and stress-free as possible whether he is working with seller, buyer or a rental client. Curtis will be with you through the entire process and work hard to close the deal. Prior to real estate, Curtis worked for 15 years in the home furnishing industry where he both oversaw the operations of a "trade-only" furniture showroom and also worked with private design clients. His responsibilities included not only selling imported European furnishings, but overseeing the renovation of residences throughout the New York Tri-State area as well as Florida.
A native of Iowa, Curtis earned a degree in Business Management and Fine Arts from Central College in his hometown state, then moved to New York in 1991 to study at the New York School of Interior Design.
His natural and seamless transition to real estate came by way of his love for home design and unique spaces. Coupled with that are strong listening skills that make clients feel comfortable and confident in Curtis' abilities, and the attentive customer service that he employs in every step of the purchase or sale process. Working closely with sellers and buyers, Curtis is committed to being actively involved in every step of each transaction.
Happily residing in the heart of the Upper West Side, Curtis still enjoys exploring the many wonders of New York City after living here for two decades. When not busy with his real estate career, Curtis enjoys exploring new restaurants and attending exhibits and concerts throughout the city.
