Real estate professional Charles Zullo is as New York as it gets! Born and raised in Greenwich Village, he enjoyed a unique upbringing and received the best education possible with respect to learning the ins and outs of neighborhoods, people and market changes over the years.
As an adult, Charles has chosen not only to live and work in Manhattan; he has also decided to "sell" the city he loves so much. For over five years now, Charles has thoroughly enjoyed helping customers find and sell their New York homes as much as he has thrived on developing strong relationships with the buyers and sellers he serves.
"To me, New York real estate has its own specific language. My job is to make sure every client understands the different
e vital information needed to make the right decision when buying or selling a home."
Also invaluable to his clientele's success is Charles' professional knowledge obtained from serving as leasing director for a property management company; his business savvy as former managing director of a boutique real estate firm on the city's Gold Coast; and his keen design sense and aesthetic vision gained while working for an interior designer. "Seeing potential and possibilities is crucial in a place like Manhattan, where space is limited and at a premium."
A graduate of Syracuse University, Charles earned his BFA degree in Visual and Performing Arts. Outside of work, Charles displays an active interest in the South Village Historic Preservation Project - sponsored by the Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation.
