About Debra
Debra knows how dramatic the change, and how big the adjustment one undergoes when moving from the suburbs to the heart of Manhattan, having done so in 1978 after growing up in the Los Angeles area all her life. Practically a native, she raised her family in the New York area, she exudes a warmth, sincerity, honesty and integrity that continually keeps customers and clients loyal to her.
Debra regularly receives recognition from NRT Incorporated (The Corcoran Group’s parent company) for being in the top 1% of NRT Agents in the Country. A member of REBNY (The Real Estate Board of New York), The Corcoran Group’s prestigious Multi Million Dollar Club, as well as Corcoran's own Charity Corcoran Cares, Debra is a Vice President as well as an Associate Broker.
Formerly a real estate para-legal, her knowledge of Co-op and Condo Boards keeps her clients as well as her colleagues coming back to her. Debra is also a member of the Corcoran Group's education committee, where she trains new Corcoran agents on how to work with Sellers honestly, ethically and fairly.
Coming from a real estate family in Los Angeles, Debra has also worked for years as a volunteer and fundraiser for many charities. While spending time with family and friends or singing with the choir to which she belongs on the Upper East Side, Debra is always thinking of that perfect "match" apartment for each current contact.
