Nick came to real estate after running a successful freelance graphic design business, which served numerous high-profile clients in the financial and publishing sectors. He easily applied the creative, business and negotiation skills he honed over the years to his real estate practice. As the son of a family that made lucrative property investments over many years, Nick entered the profession with an insider’s respect for value and an understanding of what’s involved in finding the property that meets the needs of each particular client.

Over the years, Nick has participated in a number of community and non-profit organizations. He served on his condominium’s board of managers, as vice president of PS29’s PTA, as a volunteer for the Brooklyn Heights Association and the Parks Department for the Promenade Garden in Brooklyn Heights, and he is currently on the board of Scenarios USA, an organization that promotes creative engagement among at-risk youth.
