About David

David Enloe is the partner of Sharon E. Baum, who has brokered the sale of over 2 billion dollars of luxury townhouses and apartments in some of New York's most exclusive buildings for more than 20 years. In his 12 years of working together with Ms. Baum, who is his sister and one of Corcoran's top agents, Mr. Enloe has learned the real estate profession directly from the best.

With a background in financial services (Citibank), advertising (Ogilvy & Mather) and luxury goods marketing (World Gold Council), Mr. Enloe brings an uncommon breadth and depth of acumen and wisdom to both buyers and sellers. His finely honed design aesthetic and empathy for where and how people choose to live provide added value to all of his clients.

Mr. Enloe has lived on the Upper East Side for most of his adult life, with the exception of stints in Charlotte and Nashville. He is familiar with and revels in "all things Manhattan." In addition, he has a great emotional connection to Maine, where he and his partner, Ronald Harte, have owned an 1850 center chimney Cape house on Deer Isle in Penobscot Bay for the past 25 years. They have also been active dog owners for 30+ years, including Westies, a champion Norfolk shown at Madison Square Garden and their current Parson Russell Terrier.

Mr. Enloe is a longstanding member of The University Club of New York. He also participates in and supports the American-Scandinavian Foundation, the Human Rights Campaign and the American Kennel Club Museum of the Dog.

He is a graduate of Williams College and spent his junior year abroad at the University of Stockholm. He received his MBA from Columbia University School of Business.
