Creativity, commitment, and tenacity mark David Disick's professional approach to real estate marketing. He has an instinctive ability to cut to the essence, whether it is in selecting a property, planning the marketing focus or negotiating price and terms. Manhattan born and a life-long New Yorker, attending The Horace Mann School and New York University. David is sure he has the best of all possible lives, living in and marketing real estate in the heart of Manhattan. After a successful career on Wall Street including senior marketing positions with a major national firm, David shifted his considerable energies to real estate development and ownership and later to conversion and sale of luxury apartments.
Since joining the Corcoran group 15 years ago, David has established himself as a factor in the sale of Manhattan real estate. This includes classic East Side homes on Fifth and Park Avenues, traditional cooperative and condominium properties on Manhattan's energetic West Side and downtown lofts. David loves the challenge. Whether acting as exclusive broker for the seller or seeking the perfect property for a buyer, David says "I focus on the need of my client and apply the best resources ever available in the history of real estate to achieve my client's objective."
On a personal note, David is an active bicyclist, rolling up over 5,000 miles a year around the city and in the Hamptons near his vacation home. A sailor, David recently crossed the Atlantic on a 47Ft. cutter and enjoys sailing his Rhodes 22 in Gardiners Bay. He is an energetic and eclectic cook and lover of the fine restaurants, theatre and music that New York provides in profusion. Clients say David's marketing skills and love of what he does would be enough, but his sense of humor and joie de vie make every encounter a delightful pleasure.
