Ellen Newman was drawn into the field of Real Estate 18 years ago out of her interest in helping people and a need to keep active professionally. Ellen worked for many years as a professional fundraiser for political and non-profit organizations including The National Organization for Women, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, and as Director of Development for the American Council for Drug Education. She credits her success in real estate to her naturally gregarious nature and the "people skills" she attributes to having developed during her years as a political fundraiser. Ellen characterizes herself as an open, bright and empathetic person, which helps her establish the rapport necessary to build the trust and respect of her clients and other real estate professionals with whom she works.
