As New York City’s second ever Certified Eco-Broker, Emma specializes in residential sales in both Manhattan and Brooklyn and is equally well versed in the co-op and condo market as she is in dealing with townhouse representation and purchases. Having a home base in Brooklyn and an office in Manhattan allows her to maintain an equally strong pulse on both markets and an expansive breadth of knowledge. She compares the role she plays for her clients to that of a project manager - a distinction that makes her a great broker, instead of just a good one. Her clients constantly praise her for her willingness to go above and beyond noting that she is extremely proactive and creative. She believes it is often the little things that can make the greatest impact, so whether it's a tiny studio or a multi-million-dollar home, she goes the extra mile to ensure the property has reached its full potential.

Emma lives in a converted manufacturing building in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn with her husband, an award winning product designer from Switzerland, and their young daughter. Her family travels regularly between Santa Barbara, London and Zurich and are total foodies – lapping up the offerings of all the glorious purveyors throughout BoCoCa. A homeowner herself since 2003, Emma fully understands the need to feel that “this is the one” moment when you walk through the door, and would never try to sell a client on something that doesn’t feel natural. She truly loves helping people find their way home and that love is acutely felt the moment you meet her.
