In 2001, Emily began her career in real estate and in 2005 she chose to align herself with The Corcoran Group to help her clients and customers through the arduous process of selling to the perfect customer or purchasing the perfect home. She has a consistent, successful track record of following the process closely which results in a smooth and successful closing.

Emily first proved her entrepreneurial prowess as the President and CEO of her own fashion accessories importing company, Ilas Accents, which was located on Fifth Avenue. Honing her organizational, marketing and managerial skills, she transitioned into the world of international business as the Director of Public Affairs for the Council for the United States and Italy. Emily dealt directly with diplomats and high-profile executives and was responsible for fostering business between the U.S. and its global partners. Prior to entering the real estate industry Emily ran her own healing arts practice.

Considered a maven of Tribeca and Downtown, where she's lived since 1980, Emily prides herself on intimately knowing the city's varied neighborhoods and their transformations. With that knowledge she skillfully assists buyers and sellers with their real estate requirements. Each day, she is driven not only by her desire to turn her client's aspirations into concrete realities, but also by her love of New York's energy, which has captivated her for years.

When not working, Emily enjoys the arts, architecture, theatre, cuisine and all of the recreation New York has to offer. Emily is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, MOMA, Carnegie Hall, President of BNI Chapter 14, and other cultural institutions.
