Greg Mire is an Associate Broker with The Corcoran Group in their Chelsea/Flatiron office.

While initially pursuing a career as an actor, Greg learned a thing or two about sales. Not only did he have to sell himself on a daily basis, he had to sell food and wine as a waiter as well. But after enduring many years of "cattle calls" and tables waited on, Greg decided to consider a different career path. Taking a leap of faith, Greg turned to real estate, and the career fit like a glove. In his first year in the business, he was the recipient of "Sales Associate of the Month" and "Rookie of the Year" awards. He has since continued to sell hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate, and has been honored time and again as not only one of Manhattan's best brokers, but one of the top 1% worldwide.

A native New Yorker and die-hard Yankee fan never losing sight of his sense of humor, Greg brings his first-hand knowledge of home ownership to the table. Having purchased multiple apartments in Manhattan and his primary residence in Brooklyn, Greg's insight to both the technical and emotional aspects of buying, selling, and renovating a home from top-to-bottom is a powerful asset for his clients.
