Mr. Brynes' resume includes experience as: a New York State Real Estate Broker since 1985; Vice President of Marketing for a leading firm that merchandised and sold product for real estate developers in the New York Metropolitan area; a Maine Real Estate Broker with the largest firm in that state; a principal in a real estate development company that developed residential properties in Maine; a lecturer on real estate topics at NYU, The New School and the Learning Annex in New York City and on the PBS network in New England. Gary has sold or supervised the marketing of billions of dollars of real estate. Gary's advice on real estate matters is widely sought because of his multi-dimensional experiences and the clear thinking and marketing savvy he brings to any project. Gary now works full-time with buyers and sellers in Corcoran's Upper East Side office.
