Heather Johnson Sargent is an accomplished real estate professional who has developed a loyal and growing clientele with her enthusiasm, energy and a genuine objective of serving their needs. She joined The Corcoran Group in early 1997 and has enjoyed an outstanding track record ever since.
A Manhattan native, Heather attended Greenwich Academy in Greenwich, CT, and then entered real estate upon graduation from Duke University. In conjunction with her training by top producing Corcoran brokers, Sharon Baum and Elizabeth Mottram, Heather took the industry by storm. She pursued a growing younger upscale sector of the New York City market.
Award-winning Heather made her own mark early on. In late 1997, she was selected as one of four "young guns" to keep an eye on in city real estate by Manhattan File. She won Corcoran's prestigious "Deal of the Year" in 2000, made membership to Corcoran's renowned Multi Million Dollar Club and was promoted to senior associate in 2001. Following suit in 2002, Heather was named vice president. She also earned status in the firm's top echelon of brokers among its Top 25 and as member of the prominent President's Council.
Heather's success is rooted in the exceptional service she provides and her encyclopedic knowledge of the city, its diverse neighborhoods and broad range of residential buildings. Her clientele is loyal and referral positive!
The mother of three, Heather resides in Greenwich with her husband. When not engrossed in her real estate work, she enjoys time with the family having fun in Central Park.
