Originally from Binghamton, NY, Howard attended the University of Tampa and Harpur College. His passion for real estate originated while living in Cincinnati where he developed an interest in renovated historic buildings. Upon relocating to Manhattan,he lived in a historic renovated brownstone on Beekman Place.Later after getting married, moved into a renovated apartment building in Chelsea and subsequently purchased a condo/loft in The Petersfield on 12th St and 4th Avenue; another historical renovation, then another apartment/loft in Tribeca. He also has flair for the 'new" architecture and construction throughout the city that he loves.
Outside of work and family, Howard enjoys Art, cooking, fishing, film, travel and golf, a sport he's been playing since age eight. Over the years, he's been an active community member who has participated in the Downtown Little League, on the Board of the Downtown Soccer League, and on many committees at Poly Prep Day School during his son's high school years.He is also a member of the Rotary Club of New York.
