About James
A member of the 2012 Silver Council, an annual member of Corcoran's Multimillion Dollar Club and ranked in the top one percent of agents nationwide, James Morgan strives to provide a personal, private client experience to every buyer, seller and renter he represents. Skilled at working with a broad clientele, from finance, fashion and entertainment figures to international buyers and investors, James makes the real estate process as seamless as possible no matter what the demand.
Born in England and raised in Canada, James earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Alberta, then received a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate from New York University. He also studied Mandarin Chinese in Taiwan, and is conversant in the language. James became intrigued with real estate both on a personal investment level as well as professionally. His interest in architecture, building and design combine with a deep knowledge of the fundamentals of real estate analysis enabling James to identify potential and viability in any real estate investment, large or small.
A resident of The Century at 25 Central Park West where he's also closed many deals, James loves the diverse neighborhoods, people and properties of Manhattan. He has enjoyed extensive international travel allowing him to understand and enjoy the diversity of world cultures. Other favorite pastimes include skiing and gardening at his home in East Hampton.
