Born in Philadelphia, Jo Anne is all New York, having lived in Manhattan for over three decades. Like a true New Yorker, she got on the fast track to success at the age of 21, at which time she knew she wanted to be in the fashion business. By age 24, Jo Anne became a fashion editor, and her career spiraled from there. She not only became the first freelance fashion stylist ever, but went on to create and run the first fashion stylist division for the major talent agency Kramer & Kramer. Later, Jo Anne went on to found and run her own talent and production companies. In 2002, Jo Anne had decided to trade the concrete for the ocean, moving out to East Hampton. But she missed the big city and got the itch to return. Today Jo Anne scours the streets each day learning the latest about the neighborhoods she knows so well, and helphing customers realize their desire to find that unique New York place to live. A calming force in her dealings, yet aggressive when it counts, Jo Anne is outgoing and plesant to work with, and very effective at what she does. Buyers and sellers appreciate her strong sense of ethics and dedication, as well as the ability to relate to their unique lifestyle, location and budget requirements.

Married with two children, Jo Anne loves spending time socializing with her friends. Her other passion when she is not working on real estate is knitting when time allows.
