About Justin
Justin DuPree approaches real estate as intently as he does everything - with great passion, focus and drive to ultimately touch the lives of others with his work. Born and raised in Southampton where his father and sister have long been real estate brokers, Justin was instilled with an intrigue for real estate early on. He first channeled his creativity toward the world of fine art, however, completing his first college semester in the south of France and returning to New York to complete his BA in Fine Arts at Hunter and his Masters at Columbia University.
While nurturing his connections and involvement in the New York art world, Justin complemented his career with several high-profile positions that included working as personal assistant to hotelier Ian Schrager, concierge at the Mercer Hotel and independent art consultant. His eye for aesthetics, interpersonal flair, intuitiveness in reading others and expert communication skills made for the natural transition to real estate.
A Crown Heights townhouse owner, Justin specializes in all of Brooklyn, which he believes to be among the most interesting and unique places on earth. Having lived in Manhattan, South Africa, and Europe for seven years, he feels qualified to say that. Yet Justin willingly serves clients whose real estate needs take them to Manhattan and even the Hamptons, as he boasts extensive ties in both areas as well.
Honest and straightforward in his approach, Justin works closely with buyers and sellers to assure that finding or selling a home becomes a rewarding and not exhausting experience. His fluency in English and French, and proficiency in German which he studied for many years, gives him an edge in dealing with people from various walks of life.
