About Jesse
Jesse Feldman's 10 years in Manhattan real estate has encompassed the areas of residential property management, retail transactions as well as sales and rentals. Having represented numerous owners of 12 rental, condominium and co-op buildings totaling 900 units, he has an extensive knowledge of buildings that includes financials, unit offerings, construction, legal matters and more which greatly benefits his clients.
Jesse began as an agent with one of the top brokers at Corcoran before venturing out on his own. He was inspired to make real estate his career thanks to the success and valuable lessons taught by his father, a senior commercial agent and broker in Manhattan for more than 30 years.
With his study focus in Hotel Management at the University of Delaware and his career background in that field, Jesse knows the value of providing quality service. He is a perfectionist, scours every option and tends to the details of each transaction. Throughout the process, he also believes in being honest and forthright which always produces the best outcome.
A longtime Upper East Side resident, Jesse enjoys music, skiing, tennis and volunteering with New York Cares in his spare time.
