With almost 20 years experience in New York City real estate he has worked thru several different economic cycles, bringing that understanding to the benefit of his sellers and buyers. Prior to his real estate experience, Alan was for twenty years a buyer and Divisional Merchandising Manager in the home furnishings industry. Traveling to many of the World's marketplaces including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Germany where he forged and sharpened his negotiating skills. When the merchandise arrived back in the stores, he fine tuned his `staging" abilities which would be useful both for sellers and buyers that he worked with later on.
Now in the City for almost 20 years, Alan has been a renter, a buyer, a seller, an owner, a Board member and Board President and brings his background in law along the way. And with that background with both personal and professional experiences he guides, informs and gets results for his clients thru the emotional stages of the process of buying and selling real estate. He is respected both by his colleagues and clients for his thorough research and understanding of market conditions and his overall creativity in marketing property.
