Joan's deep understanding of humen nature enables her to work harmoniously and successfully with buyers, sellers, and colleagues, in all phases of real estate transactions. Joan has always been involved with music and theatre performance and production. She is the Associate Director of The Singing Experience, a performance workshop in New York City. She is also Vice-President of The New York Sheet Music Society, and is co-editor of that organization's newsletter. Joan believes that just as in an artistic event, every day in the real estate industry brings the challenges of the unexpected. She loves the excitement of drawing together and combining myriad elements to create harmonious relationships and successful transactions.

Joan is a devoted mother and grandmother, taking great joy in being a part of the beautifully developing lives of her family.
