Since her family has owned property in Tribeca since 1939, one might say she came into the business naturally. Originally from Los Angeles, Kimberly Lyn came to New York in the early 90's to manage the business ultimately inspiring her to pursue her own career as an agent.

After graduating from Simmons College in Boston with a BA degree in Communications and English in 1991, Kimberly Lyn worked with nonprofits responsible for fundraising and special events. She next lent her sales and marketing expertise to MTV Networks and it's now subsidiary MTVU for several years, which brought her back to New York where she belonged.
Kimberly Lyn prides herself for seeing potential when it comes to property value as well as the possibilities of space. "I try to understand my clients' needs and personalities, and translate them into finding the right space for their budget and lifestyle. Whether by helping them recognize the difference changing a few walls around can make or opening their eyes to a new neighborhood, I try to be a one-stop resource for my customers."
In her spare time, Kimberly Lyn has served on the boards of the Make a Wish Foundation and Multiple Sclerosis Society, volunteered as a teen mentor, and with other worthy causes.
