I just wanted to thank you so much for your help with our sale at 1270 Fifth Avenue, which as you know closed last week. We really appreciated and enjoyed the opportunity to work with Corcoran, and in particular Lauren who constantly helped us as absentee owners deal with the challenges of this sale well above and beyond the call of duty.

Lauren was attentive, professional and detail oriented. In summary she was a delight to work with in what can be a frustrating and stressful experience; we will recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an apartment in Manhattan.

I hope nobody reading this is too insulted, but, to put it VERY mildly, most people I know do everything possible to avoid having to deal with a NYC real estate broker. That said, if you find a good one who you trust, you recommend them to everyone you know. And you go back to that broker whenever you need one. I recommend Lauren and I will use her again when I next move.

She was uber professional.  The places she showed me were worlds away from the places I saw earlier.  In less than a couple of hours she found me an awesome big, pet friendly one bedroom apartment in an amazing neighborhood with fabulous closets - what more can I girl ask for? I would highly recommend working with Lauren when you are looking for your next place in Manhattan.
