Lois Peerce has devoted the past twenty-plus years to exceeding the expectations of her discerning clients. Known for her unparalleled dedication, superior service and loyalty, this accomplished Senior Vice President is rewarded not only with industry achievements, but repeat and referral business. She has been elected by her peers at Corcoran many times over to serve on various company committees and has received Corcoran's "Spirit Award." Since joining the Corcoran, she consistently has been a member of the Million Dollar Club and has been recognized as one of NRT’S top 2% in the country. Originally from Harrison, NY, in Westchester County, Lois is a longtime New Yorker and has lived in the Sutton Place area for many years. She enjoys selling properties from the East and West Sides and in desirable downtown locations.

Her considerable client list consists not only of a wide range of New Yorkers, but also a strong global market. She is also well-connected within the city’s legal community and has proven equally effective at helping a full range of clients in other prominent professions.

Prior to excelling in residential sales, Lois ran her own business for over a decade as designer, marketer and national distributor of her own signature line of yachting wear. She also honed her sales and service skills at Saks Fifth Avenue in merchandising management for many years.

Outside of work Lois is an avid golfer, a talented piano player, and a devoted animal lover (always with a rescue dog!), with a passion for her motor scooter.
