"The most time I put into a property was recently, a loft in Chelsea and along with the seller we worked 24/7 for a week and he incorporated everything I suggested into the design, and with only spending several hundred dollars. Michael has an extensive professional background dating back to 1997 when he was first introduced to the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. He quickly joined a group of traders to be one of the youngest components to a trading operation on Wall Street. Michael honed his deal making skills with the investment bank CIBC, negotiating block trades, many of which exceeded $100 million dollars in market value. He later managed the restructuring of an independent brokerage, and within the first quarter posted earnings that were three times the previous months.
