Pamela believes that while real estate is first and foremost about service, it is just as much a bottom-line business that requires wearing many hats. “Agents today must have added value,” says Pamela, who helps them cultivate their skills in a variety of areas, from marketing themselves and their listings to client relations, business development and technology. “Clients now have access to more information than ever, but it’s not necessarily the right information. They still need the capable guidance of a professional who can navigate them through a complex process.”

In nurturing her team, Pamela encourages them to draw upon the extensive training and resources available to them at Corcoran to gain the valuable ammunition it takes to succeed. Her effectiveness as a leader also stems from her ability to spot good talent, and prop her agents up when they need confidence, focus and motivation.

Pamela came to the world of real estate from the advertising industry. She is a longtime Upper East Side resident with her husband of nearly 30 years, textile importer Oliver Moses IV. When not busy building her agents’ real estate careers, she enjoys tennis and the theatre.
