About Philip

As a native New Yorker, born and raised in Manhattan, Philip has a full knowledge of New York City and the very diverse real estate market that is unlike anywhere else. Currently a proud homeowner along with his wife, Lauren, in the vibrant and booming neighborhood of Downtown Brooklyn for the past 8 years, Philip has a great pulse on Brooklyn and the continued growth here in our fantastic borough! He knows that selling or finding a home is a full-time job that he embraces with honesty and professionalism every day. Philip believes that his success in the industry can be attributed to listening to his clients needs and staying educated on a market that is always fast paced and ever changing. Philip knows that his success in this industry is due to his hard work and providing top notch service to all his clients.

Philip had previously worked and succeeded in the restaurant business in Manhattan for over 15 years. The restaurant business was great training for this industry because the highest level of customer service and follow up with clients dictated repeat business and referrals. Working with top chefs, clients and customers taught him the importance of consistent hard work over time and the art of listening. Philip works closely with investors and developers in maximizing their returns and continuing to search diligently for new opportunities in Brooklyn. He also works tirelessly with his buyers in educating them and taking the time needed to show them all the great neighborhoods that Brooklyn and Manhattan offer to live in. Philip is an active Chairperson on Corcoran Cares Committee which donates locally to neighborhood charities and not for profit organizations. He is also a repeat member of the exclusive Corcoran Multi-Million Dollar Club seven years running.
His passions include real estate investing, volunteer work, golf and world traveling. Philip is a huge NY Yankees and NY Giants fan. Together with my wife, Lauren, they volunteer time to various local charities here in Brooklyn.
