Along with Sara Paul publishes a Quarterly Townhouse Newsletter, The Gelbard-Kolbusz Report, which is a comprehensive analysis of the latest Townhouse sales, market data and publications related to the Townhouse market. Paul’s business also focuses on working with discerning buyers and sellers of luxury apartments both in downtown and throughout all of Manhattan. He is a skilled negotiator with the ability to smoothly bring deals to a close while simultaneously optimizing a property’s exposure on the market and his seller’s return on their investment. Paul knows the neighborhood he sells in; he is a West Village home owner and resident himself.

Fluent in English and Polish and conversant in German, Paul works with a diverse and distinguished clientele of New Yorkers as well as prominent buyers and sellers from around the globe. Originally from Europe, Paul studied the German Language and Literature in Germany and at Hunter College in Manhattan where he graduated cum laude. Prior to entering real estate he was a leader in the NYC hospitality industry at several 4-star hotels before opening his own popular Upper East Side bar/lounge at the age of 31.
