Paul honed his service skills and furthered his interest in the music business in the best place of all, New York City.

Moving here in 2004, he worked for major record companies before deciding to pursue his lifelong passion, real estate te. Inspired by his parents who owned multiple rental properties, and particularly by his mother, a broker of nearly 30 years, Paul developed a natural appreciation of property types and real estate value at a young age. Today he helps buyers, sellers and renters realize their unique goals by providing attentive service and hands-on guidance that brings about the very best end result.

Having resided in both Williamsburg and Greenpoint, Brooklyn where he lives now with his wife, Paul is excited to have recently purchased his own apartment. ”It’s very gratifying to me to be part of a process that is so important in someone’s life,” he says, “and I take my responsibility to you seriously.” Being creative himself, he especially understands the unique needs, wants and schedules of his fellow musicians as well as artists who want to express themselves in just that perfect space.

When not busy working, music is still Paul’s number one hobby. He not only plays guitar, piano and drums, but draws upon his engineering background to record and create songs. Paul is also in the midst of learning to play golf and driven to continually improve his game. He is, in addition, an avid sailor and boater who loves being on the water, and a travel enthusiast who likes to vacation at remote beaches whenever possible to escape the fast pace of the city.
