Sheena’s love for real estate began when she bought her first apartment on Mercer Street at the age of 18. Her accomplishments in her real estate career also started early when she sold a townhouse in the West Village in her first three months in the business. From there she has sold classic prewar apartments, lofts, penthouses, pied a terres in top tier co-ops and condos as well as selective pre-construction developments from floor plans. All the while offering creative, results driven customized personal service.

Sheena, who is of Indian origin, was born in London, grew up in Dubai, went to NYU, lived in New York her whole adult life, traveled to over 30 countries and is now married to an Argentinean. Her colorful and international background allows her to work easily with both national and international clients. She has also personally bought, sold and renovated her own apartments. Sheena is now settled with her husband and children in a wonderful 3000 square foot loft in TriBeCa. She is an active mom in her son’s and daughter’s schools, giving her first-hand insight into the needs of clients with families. Sheena also serves as president of her co-op board and understands the nuances of what's required by the board.
