Samara Heafitz's real estate clientele appreciate not only her genuine sensitivity to their needs, but great focus on a clear path to results so as not to waste time. Easygoing and affable to work with, Samara makes the process of finding or selling a home seamless. Behind the scenes, she is an aggressive negotiator who utilizes her vast market knowledge and a no-nonsense approach that have been getting Manhattan buyers and sellers what they want for over 16 years. She honed these skills working for one of the top brokers in the country for several years, assisting in $300 million in sales, before joining Corcoran's Multi-Million Dollar Club on her own seven years ago. Since then she has been a consistent top producer, in the top 2% nationwide year after year.
Born and raised on the Upper East Side, Samara attended Horace Mann and St. Paul's Girls' School in London. She continued her studies in the great city of New Orleans at Tulane University.
Upon returning to New York she pursued acting, attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and performed in many Off-Broadway productions and independent films.
Having resided in various neighborhoods, from Greenwich Village to Carnegie Hill where she lives now, Samara has a keen appreciation of Manhattan that fuels her real estate work each day. What started as a job that provided flexibility to support her artistic pursuits quickly turned into a full-time career that fulfills her love of helping people and passion for New York.
