I handed Stuart the keys and he brought me top dollar for my coop...fast...and free of anxiety.— C. W. Manhattan, Seller
Locating the ideal property and prompt financially sound results are of paramount importance to Corcoran's Senior Vice President Stuart Moss. When handling the gamut of real estate needs for buyers and sellers alike, Stuart is dedicated to providing the utmost professionalism, knowledge and business sense; yet he also strives to get at the heart of what makes people tick ... and to the core of what someone really wants where a property's concerned.
Originally from Philadelphia, Stuart attended Temple and Drexel Universities and earned degrees in accounting and finance. He has lived on the Upper East and Upper West sides, Midtown, Murray Hill, and Chelsea.
In fact, he has called all of Manhattan his home for the last 20 years. Eager and able to work with people of all types and financial levels, Stuart works closely with buyers to carefully determine their needs and guide them every step through the purchase process, from finding the right neighborhood to negotiating a fair deal. Sellers enjoy effectively marketed properties, the most qualified buyers, and the best price possible.
Stuart brings many assets to his real estate career from a distinguished background in finance, namely understanding the economics of property ownership. Prior to joining Corcoran, he worked as a financial officer (CFO) for Coach, J. Crew, and Saks Fifth Avenue, and capably handled responsibilities which included financial planning, accounting, marketing, and public relations. When not hard at work, Stuart enjoys exploring the city streets in search of the next great neighborhood or a "really great buy".
