Sam Sunshine was raised on the Upper East Side in a real estate family. He spent his school years on the West Side at Collegiate and lived on Washington Square Park in the Village while graduating from New York University Film School. Sam is the son of Louise Sunshine founder of The Sunshine Group, and great grandson of Barney Pressman founder of Barneys New York. The condominium, co-op, and townhouse markets are his focus. In December of 2009, Sam sold an apartment at One Beacon Court for over $3,000 sqft., at a price of $6.5million, after just a month on the market, and for more than twice the 2006 purchase price.
