As Senior Vice President and a recipient of the inaugural Corcoran Spirit Award, Tim is also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club, has served on the prestigous Corcoran Advisory Council and has been a long-time member of the Executive Committee of Corcoran Cares, a non-profit organization that supports the many philanthropic organizations within the communities Corcoran serves.

Real estate first caught Tim's attention when he was an architecture student in Australia where he earned his Bachelor's of Architecture from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Tim went on to become partner in a successful retail business for 10 years, in charge of advertising, design, and marketing, as well as management of its New York City, Los Angeles, Paris, and Fire Island stores.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Tim devotes much of his time to non-profit organizations. He recently received a Community Service Award from New York Heritage of Pride for his dedicated volunteer work.
