About Trisha

Trisha Lawton is as focused on her clients' needs as she is attentive every step of the way in fulfilling them. Having worked alongside one of Corcoran's top producing agents for 4+ years, she brings to each buyer and seller the expert knowledge, support, professionalism and guidance to bring about a successful transaction.

With experience in resale and new development sales, Trisha specializes in Manhattan as well as the wonderful brownstone Brooklyn neighborhoods.

Trisha possesses a keen intuition which helps her hone in on each customer's particular needs and wants in a home. She also has a sharp eye for detail and a strategic mind for marketing and public relations having spent several years as a senior marketing account manager for a New York City-based marketing and public relations firm prior to entering real estate.

Originally from Iowa, Trisha moved to New York City in her late teens, knowing ever since childhood that it would be the place she would ultimately live. A resident of Brooklyn Heights for nearly a decade, she currently resides in the Gramercy area after moving back to Manhattan several years ago. She is continually enamored with the diversity of the city she calls home, always striving to meet, and often times exceeding, her clients' expectations through a combination of hard work, commitment, market knowledge and enthusiasm.

Trisha is a graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications. Outside of her work, she is a fan of modern deisgn and architecture and loves to travel.
