About Tod

Born and raised in Manhattan, Tod attended Connecticut College then honed his creativity and customer service skills in the world of advertising. After overseeing high-profile accounts at two major ad agencies, he earned his MBA from Columbia Business School, and subsequently gained financial expertise in institutional equity sales and trading for Goldman Sachs.

Tod Mercy has long enjoyed success in the real estate industry in several capacities: as a project manager for new developments, as an investor in NYC properties, and as a sales professional who shares his diverse, broad-based knowledge with clients.

Tod's entrepreneurial spirit was unleashed, as was his interest in real estate, when founding his own internet company, DizzyCity which used photo-bubble technology to capture cities block by block. Real estate companies were amongst his biggest clients.

Client centric, market savvy and results driven, Tod works efficiently with buyers and sellers to streamline their real estate experience, and develop the best course of action based upon their unique needs. A resident of Tribeca, Tod spends most of his days in Manhattan and Brooklyn working with clients. When not hard at work, he gives time to various charities. He is an avid skier, mountain biker, fly fisherman, and amateur chef currently working on a cookbook.
