These transactions are complex and oftentimes lengthy. They require persistence, patience and an objective expertise. Tom has won such coveted awards as: Top Producer of the Year in the Carnegie Hill office for The Corcoran Group many times; and Membership in the Presidents Council. He is a Member of the Carnegie Neighborhood Association. Tom offers his clients an ability to understand the value of their asset, due to his vast experience with these properties through many market cycles. He provides clients with a tailor made marketing plan, suited to their particular property, and factoring in their individual objectives. He understands the importance of negotiating crucial pieces of the transaction, and applies the utmost professionalism to even the most delicate factors. He is also skilled at advising on the many ancillary pieces of being a townhouse owner including construction, tax issues, landmarks, exterior property maintenance, etc.
Tom's hobbies include: racing and restoring vintage motorcycles; cycling and downhill skiing. He is married with two children. Tom is a Founder of the Sleepy Hollow Performing Arts Scholarship Foundation; a Member of the Maria Fareri Children's Hospital Annual Wine Event and a Sponsor of the Irvington High School Wrestling Club.
