Live theater is one of his passions and he loves to see everything from "way-off" Broadway to the big Broadway musicals.

Tim and his partner John Wescott (also a Corcoran agent) are members of the HRC Federal Club, and Disney Vacation Club members. They love to spend time at home with their four cats enjoying their 1890's brownstone, and also take time away from the city to visit their circa 1802 farmhouse upstate.
