The grand scale of this dual residence combines the magnificent spectacle of Central Park with extraordinary terraces which add another dimension to the iconic grandeur of the Plaza. The superior visual is the incredible beauty of the landscaped Plaza Gardens enhanced by a Grecian Fountain which spills over into Reflecting Pools. The main Terrace of 953sq. ft. abuts the secondary Terrace of 728 sq. ft. The attached floor plans speak volumes.
The size of the windows, the floor to ceiling French doors throughout and the 11' ceilings are showered with an abundance of light which makes this family's residence with its majestic rooms a formidable living experience. Each of the rooms has a spirit of its own which draws one into a lifestyle that only "Eloise" could have penetrated. The 28' Living Room is warmed by a Decorative Fireplace. It flows into a Den that overlooks and accesses the terraces. The Master Bedroom with its great double Bathroom has a set of French Doors which leads to the quietude of the master Terrace. The 2nd Bedroom has a bath en-suite, a replica of the Plaza's original fittings.
The Guest Residence is a jewel. This suite is an oversized one Bedroom with a lovely Living Room made even more charming by the grand-scale French Doors which access its private Terrace.

Central Park South
Midtown Central, 59th Street from Fifth Avenue to Eighth Avenue, and environs.
The Central Park South neighborhood is short, but it packs a punch. Co-ops and condos line the three blocks of Central Park South, offering perhaps the most famous views of Central Park -- trees framed by the skyline of Central Park West on one side, and Fifth Avenue on the other. Whether looking for a full-time pad or a doorman pied-à-terre, venerable hotels such as the Plaza and the Ritz-Carlton are now offering condominium residences for sale while neighboring Columbus Circle buildings like the Time Warner Center have similarly stunning luxury properties for sale and for rent, so bring your telescope!
