What a difference a year makes. In 2009, talent manager Sandy Gallin put his Bridgehampton mansion on the market for $32 million. The price for the 14.6-acre estate has been cut at least twice and now stands at $19.995 million.

The estate is composed of three lots Gallin purchased for less than $6 million in 2001. Published reports show that he had the property on the market briefly in 2004 for $21 million. Gallin, who has represented such celebs as Mariah Carey and Michael Jackson, has bought, renovated and sold more than 30 homes. He once commented that his accountant had told him that he had made more money in his real estate ventures than he had in his entertainment career.

The Bridgehampton estate has a 6,500-square-foot, seven-bedroom cedar-shake traditional home. There are two fireplaces, a 1.5-acre pond, a pool and 6,000 square feet of outdoor entertaining space.

The property is listed as a co-exclusive with Linda Haugevik of Saunders & Associates and Susan Breitenbach of The Corcoran Group. Breitenbach tells Real LI that the property is “magical … it’s definitely a retreat. It’s got everything ... nature, privacy and taste. He [Gallin] has a good eye.”
