Sweet Home: Heath Ledger's Former SoHo Loft

Almost three years ago, 419 Broome Street in New York City was a mob scene of mourning fans for the late Heath Ledger, who died of an accidental drug overdose in the building. Now, Ledger's former SoHo rental in the building is part of a luxury condo conversion of four full-floor apartments. The two-bedroom, 7,634-square-foot triplex penthouse is on the market for $20 million, while the now renovated three-bedroom, 4,400-square-feet apartment where Ledger was found dead, is going for $5 million. According to The New York Times, Ledger rented it for about $25,000 a month, after his breakup with actress Michelle Williams.
