Warner Music Group's Lyor Cohen has put his fancy Bridgehampton estate back on the market for $9.9 million. The eight-bedroom waterfront mansion on Jobs Lane is set on 2.9 acres and boasts a pool, bocce court, gardens and dock, according to the Corcoran listing. Despite gossip that he's moving in with girlfriend Tory Burch, who has her own breathtaking Southampton spread, a source said, "He's constructing a new house on another property he purchased." Cohen had once put the estate on the mar ket but took it off in 2008 after he bought a tear-down in North Haven, anticipating lengthy construction. A Warner rep declined to comment.
