15 UNION SQUARE WEST GOES DUTCH

15 Union Square West, with BHS Select and Brack Capital Real Estate, recently partnered with Avenue for the exclusive preview of the Going DUTCH Foundation's TENTOONSTELLING, a showcase of art, architecture and design on display during the 23,d annual ICFF. Hosted in the building's exquisite Penthouse 11 residence, which was unveiled during the event and features amazing panoramic views of Union Square Park with a spacious wraparound terrace, the showcase boasted a dynamic collection of Dutch works including contemporary art, great masters, design pieces and scaled architecture models.

Guests enjoyed cocktails and traditional Dutch hors d’oeuvres while viewing the unique works and touring the sophisticated Vicente Wolf-designed penthouse, which includes beautiful one-of-a-kind finishes and fixtures personally designed by Wolf and manufactured by Sherle Wagner, wide-plank oak floors throughout and floor-to-ceiling windows.
