Leases: North Shore LIJ at 170 East 77th

The-Wexler Healthcare Properties Team at The Corcoran Group announced that North Shore-LIJ has signed a l0-year lease at 170 East 77th Street.

The 5,936-square-foot space is located on the ground floor of The Diamond House, a luxury residential condominium building located just half a block from the number 6 subway station in prime Upper East Side. There are three other medical occupants in the building, which range from Cardiac Imaging to Physical Therapy and Neurology.

Paul Wexler and Josef Yadgarov of Wexler Healthcare Properties structured and completed the transaction, one of multiple medical space deals they have completed in the building.

Simone Development is the owner of the medical condominium unit in which the transaction took place.
