MACKLOWE PROPERTIES unveiled the penthouse at its 737 Park Avenue condomini-um project priced at $39.5 million.

The 1940s building has been redeveloped as 55 apartments with architectural restoration and modernization by Handel Architects and Moed de Armas & Shannon Architects.

The 6,003 s/f penthouse is designed to feature four bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms.

Spanning the entire 21st floor with a 2,271 s/f wraparound terrace, it has 11 ft. ceilings, landmark-approved windows, and 8x34 ft. skylight.

A custom staircase leads to a 3,757 s/f private roof pre-wired for lighting and equipped with gas and water connections for an outdoor kitchen.

"By listing the penthouse at 737 Park Avenue, we are offering the rare chance for a buyer to truly create their dream home," said Deborah Kern, a Corcoran broker who is overseeing sales at 737 Park Avenue.

"Currently a white box for someone who wants to customize the plan, the penthouse represents the pinnacle of the luxury market in uptown Manhattan. There is immense demand for large apartments with bespoke finishes, and we're offering precisely that, but with the flexibility to custom design, a choice that discerning buyers desire but almost never find."
