Richard Meier's transparent West Village tower at 165 Charles St. is losing much of its star power now that Natalie Portman has decided to move.

The diminutive, Oscar-nominated and Harvard-educated actress has put her convertible three-bedroom, three-bath apartment on the market with a $6.55 million asking price.

Featured in the 2,500-square-foot glassy residence are views in three directions that include the Hudson River and the park.

The "Star Wars" siren bought the unit in 2005 for $5.7 million, according to city records. Andy Fink and Nancy Teague of The Corcoran Group have the listing.

Coincidentally, the apartment just below Portman's is available for a possible duplex combo. The owner, travel-agency executive Michael Holtz, is selling a smaller two-bedroom, two-bath place with 22-foot ceilings for $5 million through broker Wilbur Gonzalez of Brown Harris Stevens.
