Former mortgage executive Steve Schnall has relisted his newly built Manhattan townhouse, which has a top-floor gym including a 50-foot-long lap pool, for $33 million. Last year, he briefly listed it while it was still under construction for $35 million.

In Tribeca, the six-story, 11,300-square-foot home -- believed to be the priciest Lower Manhattan listing -- is 65 feet wide and has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and four powder rooms. There's an outdoor dining atrium, a library, a staff apartment, an art studio, a screening room and a two-car garage. Deborah Grubman and Carol Cohen of Corcoran share the listing.

Mr. Schnall, 42, was the chairman and CEO of New York Mortgage Trust, a portion of which IndyMac Bancorp bought in 2007.
