Meeting Mr. Daniel Kandinov was the starting point for a very interesting and intense process. Right from the beginning he demonstrated his empathy, knowledge and focus which was very valuable for us coming from abroad with very little time to spare. Looking back we can clearly see that we were very fortunate because realstate realm in NYC could by difficult and somewhat qwirky. Coco Chanel once said “ In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different.” I guess, we kept this in mind when chose a dynamic duo of Natalia and Daniel after exhausting interviews of some 25 of real estate agents…. I truly believe this was one of the best decisions we made. And not only because I didn’t have to repaint my authentic 19-th century brick walls in white as one of the interviewees suggested saying “well, you want the target price of XYZ - you ought to work for that!”. But mostly because we somehow just found ourselves comfortably leaning on our agents’ expertise and energy. Somehow, we just relaxed during the time when market started showing nothing but troubles. Somehow, they delivered. On time, on target, on budget, on staging… and we just glided behind them to a not very simple closing, above crumbling market, above anxious competition, above demanding banks, with locked in right time price. Isn’t this different? Well, Coco was right, after all...

What a team! Daniel and Natalia have stuck with us for almost 2 years until we found our dream home! Daniel must have sent us hundreds of listings and we have lost count of how many properties he has seen with us.
