Robert is the absolute best real estate professional that Ihave ever worked with, and Ihave worked with many over my 14 years in New York. Robert was communicative with us throughout our search and application process, and he seemed to really want to help us find the right place. We ultimately ended up taking an apartment that Robert showed us and he even helped us negotiate the price down a little bit. We loved working with Robert because he didn't try to push anything on us or "sell" us on a place that wasn't right for us.This was a breath of fresh air after seeing over a dozen apartments and speaking withmultiple agents who were trying to convince us to take an apartment that we weren't sold on ourselves. After we signed the lease but before we got the keys, Robert stopped by the apartment to take measurements for us and drew up some rough blueprints so we could start ordering furniture. Just an example of how he went above and beyond for us! Ican't recommend Robert highly enough.

Robert is an amazing agent! I felt he was my guy from my first interaction with him. Hes amazingly thorough and detailed oriented. His biggest asset was his attitude. He kept me positive through a very stressful situation and worked very hard to find me the perfect apartment. He made dealing with the paperwork fairly easy and he stayed positive and optimistic throughout. I can't recommend him enough. Robert is the best!

Robert was patient, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. For my first apartment in NYC, Robert made sure my housemates and I were up ot date on everything logistic & was incredible with communication.
